Shipping & Returns
All of Boha Swim products are non-refundable, so it's imperative you follow our size guide. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any queries you may have before you purchase to ensure you have the perfect fitting swimwear. If you find your swimwear isn't fitting perfectly, we are more then happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your swimwear (minus any shipping charges) as long as the following conditions are met:
- Unworn items must be returned in original Boha Swim bag
- Unworn items must be returned within 21 days of delivery date
- Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and hang tag attached
All sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions
We have a quality control process in place whereby, every Boha product is thoroughly inspected before dispatching to our customers. However, in the very unlikely event of a faulty product, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can commence with the exchange process. Please include your name, order number and what item(s) you are returning in the email. Boha Swim will incur any shipping expenses, so please keep your courier receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked courier service for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.

Worldwide shipping is provided by UPS. As we are a UAE based company, VAT will only be applied upon purchase for customers purchasing from within the UAE. Those purchasing outside the UAE will pay the VAT and customs duty upon receiving their swimwear.
